River basin roll-up

A single dam's percentage says little about what a river will do. This view adds up live storage by volume, not by averaging percentages, and totals the water actually being released into each river system. Ordering within a basin runs upstream to downstream, so a release at the top of the chain is read together with the storage left below it.
